My name is Saige Arcand and I am a proud nêhiyaw iskwêw from Kipohtakaw (Alexander First Nation). I am the founder and CEO of Inspired Iskwew Personal Development Coaching and Inspired Iskwew Designs. ABOUT SAIGE
Rooted in Community. Inspired by Experience. With more than 15 years of experience as a community worker, I have had the honour of working alongside Indigenous youth, women, families, staff, and communities across Alberta, including more than 25 First Nations and Indigenous communities. These experiences have shaped my passion for creating meaningful, culturally grounded spaces where people feel supported, empowered, connected, and inspired. For the past three years, I have served as a Program Coordinator with Heart Spirit Healing and Wellness (HSHW), where I have been involved in developing, coordinating, and delivering programs that support wellness, personal growth, leadership, and community connection. My work includes program development, project coordination, workshop facilitation, community engagement, and the planning and delivery of staff retreats and professional development experiences. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse Nations and communities, developing and facilitating programs for Indigenous youth and women while also supporting organizations and staff teams. I bring a wealth of experience in creating engaging, meaningful, and culturally relevant programming that encourages reflection, connection, confidence, and positive change. My approach is grounded in lived experience, creativity, storytelling, and authentic connection. I believe that our experiences—including the difficult ones—can become sources of strength, wisdom, and transformation. My workshops and programs create opportunities for participants to explore their identity, strengthen their self-esteem, recognize their strengths, and reconnect with their own potential. My own journey through challenges with self-esteem, body image, depression, and trauma continues to inform the work I do today. These experiences have deepened my commitment to creating safe and empowering spaces where people can see themselves differently, transform their mindset, and move forward with confidence. I believe true beauty and strength come from within. When we nurture how we think, feel, and see ourselves, we create a ripple effect that can positively influence our relationships, families, workplaces, and communities. Through my work, I am committed to inspiring Indigenous youth, women, and communities to embrace their stories, recognize their strengths, and confidently pursue their goals and dreams. My hope is that every person I work with leaves feeling seen, empowered, connected, and inspired to rise.

I highly recommend taking a course with Saige through Inspired Iskwew Coaching. It has been truly life changing for me in the best of ways! I took a goal setting course in the beginning of the year and followed Saige’s advice and recommendations. Fast forward to 8 months later and I’m at a place in life where my dreams are finally becoming a reality. I really couldn’t of done it without the guidance of Saige and how inspirational her course was. Thank you Saige and keep up the good work, you are really out here motivating and inspiring people to be a better person!
